All items purchased from Isla are returnable, for whatever reason as long as they are in their original condition and within 30 days of the purchase. This means that if you just don't like it or change your mind, you can return it and there is no hassle about a refund or exchange. We do not refund return shipping, except in cases where we have made an error. See the clarification below regarding audio tapes, video tapes, DVD, software and CDs. Items that do not perform as promised can also be returned. We prefer that you call us first if there is a problem with an item you have ordered from us, for example if it is defective or damaged in shipping. Unfortunately, we sometimes ship the wrong item to you. In all these cases, we will tell you over the telephone what we want you to do with the item. We do not always want you to return it. We do refund return shipping for any errors we make or for defective merchandise. Some items are easy to replace without your having to go through the trouble to send them back. Clarification: Return Policy for CDs, Videos, DVDs and Software There is some confusion about our return policy for CDs, videos, DVDs and software. If any of these items arrive damaged or are defective, they are guaranteed under our regular guarantee of 100% satisfaction. We do not always want you to return these items, as sometimes it is easier for us to simply ship you a replacement or approve a refund. For that reason, you should always call us first 1-787-722-5188, if you have a problem with your order (no matter what the product is). The cassettes, CDs, videos and DVDs are marked "Not Returnable" because we do not accept these items back once they have been opened and used, if the reason is that you just dont like them or you change your mind once you have seen or heard them. This is exactly the same policy you encounter when you buy these items in a store. This practice, common throughout the industry, discourages people from buying these items, copying them, and then returning them, denying the artists the royalty for their work.
