Isla will ship orders anywhere in the world we are able.
Within the United States postal system (which includes all 50 of the United States, all U.S. territories, APOs, FPOs, etc.) customers can calculate their shipping based upon our shipping tables. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. We will ship to P.O. boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, all territories and military post offices. USPS Priority Mail is a very fast and reliable service with a 3-5 day approximate delivery time.
We are happy to ship orders elsewhere in the world. We can use the Global Priority Mail system of the USPS. We will weigh your order and calculate a shipping charge. Customers are asked to authorize the shipping charge before we bill and ship the order.
We often make adjustments for shipping when we review the orders. When we perceive that the shipping table has given you a shipping charge out of line with the real cost, we try to discount your shipping charge. Please do not be afraid to ask us to do this.
Faster Delivery Options
You can help us to provide you with excellent service if you can let us know when you order, by when you need your package. Let us help you calculate what level of service you need to get the package to you on time.
Due to the current price of gasoline, UPS has implemented a 32.5% surcharge on their rates. Unfortunately, we can no longer ship Second Day Air for an additional $12, nor is $26 sufficient for Overnight Service. As a result we have removed these options from the internet.
We can advise you as to what, if any, rush option is necessary, to insure you get your package by when you need it. But you will need to call us at 1-800-575-4752 during business hours for us to calculate the cost of shipping UPS for either service. (We're very efficient processing orders in the morning. You can leave a message on our answering machine, if you want to talk to us before we process your order. With a message, we can hold your order until we talk to you.)
Other factors that affect package delivery, especially when you need it by a certain date, are whether the item is in-stock when you order and if there are no problems with your credit card. (i.e. We have your 'credit card billing address.' If the address you provide does not match what your bank has on file, your order will be delayed. This is a fraud prevention strategy that we require to process your order, and though it may seem inconvenient, it protects us both.)
